Method

How the work progresses

A staged approach that connects diagnosis with implementation and evidence from use.

01

Understand and establish a baseline

The starting point is the operation: the task, the people, the information and the constraints. Baseline measures are agreed before claims about improvement are made.

02

Choose a manageable first step

Candidate use cases are assessed for business value, feasibility and risk. The first stage should be useful enough to test and bounded enough to learn from.

03

Test the proposed workflow

Users examine a working representation before wider construction. Feedback changes the design while adjustments are still practical.

04

Implement and accept by milestones

Each stage defines responsibilities, acceptance criteria and evidence of completion. The engagement sets the schedule rather than assuming a universal delivery interval.

05

Measure and decide what comes next

Follow-up compares results with the baseline and identifies the support needed to operate the solution. Expansion is justified by evidence from the previous stage.
